Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of dispatch to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. You'll also need to provide the invoice or proof of purchase.

Clearance Items: Please note that clearance items are not eligible for returns, regular finish and structural warranties apply.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please lodge a request through the Method Race Wheels dealer that the wheels were purchased from. They will then lodge the return, providing Method Race Wheels Australia with the relevant detail. If you purchased directly from Method Race Wheels Australia, please reach out to orders@methodracewheels.com.au

Return Process: If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send the package. Please ensure to request a return before sending the item back; returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Approved returns must be sent to 48 Paisley Dr, Lawnton, QLD 4501.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items: Wheels or tyres that have been fitted cannot be returned. A 10% restocking fee applies to returned wheels ordered from our Website, Dealer Network, or directly from Method Race Wheels Australia. Please reach out if you have any uncertainties regarding returns. Additionally, a 10% restocking fee applies to issues with orders that are not Method Race Wheels Australia's fault.

Refunds: If the request is approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Keep in mind that the refund may take additional time to reflect in your bank or credit card account. If more than 15 business days have elapsed since the return approval, please contact us at orders@methodracewheels.com.au.
